Financial Aid - Retroactive PELPs and Part-Time Applications

Retroactive PELPs and Part-Time Applications are only accepted by exception if it involves a death in the family, medical issues, or administrative error (with appropriate documentation attached). Other than the reasons stated above, there will be no exceptions.
