Janet is the Chief Administrative Officer for Plant Pathology and Nematology. The Administrative Officer is responsible to the Department Chairs, the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and the campus for the administration of the extensive business affairs of the programs and departments of Nematology, Plant Pathology, and Science and Society. Plant Pathology also houses the Western Plant Diagnostic Network (Homeland Security) as well as the Career Discovery Group undergraduate program. Janet works with and on behalf of Department Chairs and Director of SAS to oversee all departmental academic and non-academic business affairs. She is also the Chair of the campus Administrative Manager Group (AdMan) from 2007 through 2008. | |||
